Trevor, a Colorado native raised in Centennial, excelled in athletics during his time at Englewood High School, particularly in soccer and track. In 2006, he was recognized as an All-Conference soccer player and later played two years of collegiate soccer at Colorado State University at Pueblo as a midfielder and defender.

If I can share something as life-changing as fitness or health transformation with others, then I can encourage them in taking the first steps in a whole new health and life journey! Through my love for fitness, I want to educate and inspire others to become the fittest version of themselves that they can be! I am NASM certified as a personal trainer and a nutrition coach. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, no matter their fitness goals. I tailor exercises specifically for my clients for a full body routine, involving functional strength movements, balance, and an emphasis on proper form and mobility. My sessions are simple, challenging, and efficient. To me, fitness should be a life-long behavior where we work towards continuous improvement, and it should be fun and engaging, not something viewed as a chore. 

In my spare time, I like to do anything active. From biking or hiking in my home state of Colorado, to exploring nature, traveling around the world, taking photos, cooking, eating the darkest chocolate, or spending time with family and friends, I’m always on the go or being active in some way.

Being active has always been a huge aspect of my life. I have an extensive background in dance, began dancing in nursery school and continued up through out college. My love for dance taught me the importance of persistence, practice, and perseverance when I didn’t make the cut for an audition I worked hard on. These lessons carried on into my adult life and helped me create a training business that not only helps people reach their goals but also stresses these same principles.
